These terms apply to etnexteriorconnect.com and to text messages from East Tennessee Exterior Connect, a consultation and referral service. East Tennessee Exterior Connect is operated by Ryan Ledford (sole proprietor), Powell, TN. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.
2. Our service
East Tennessee Exterior Connect connects homeowners within about 50 miles of Knoxville, TN with a local exterior specialist, for a free, no-obligation exterior consultation about roofing, siding, windows, exterior doors and gutters. East Tennessee Exterior Connect is not itself a contractor. Installation work is performed by an independent licensed contractor, whose licensing, insurance and warranty details are provided at your appointment. Appointment times you choose on our forms are requests; nothing is booked until our scheduling team confirms a time with you.
3. SMS program terms

- Program description: When you request a free exterior consultation on our website and check the text message consent box, East Tennessee Exterior Connect will text the mobile number you provided about your request: confirming we received it, asking scheduling questions, confirming your appointment, sending appointment reminders and handling rescheduling. You can reply to reach our scheduling team.
- Message frequency varies based on your request and appointment.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT also work). You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
- You agree to tell us if you change or give up the mobile number you opted in with.
- Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Using this website
- Please submit accurate information and only submit a consultation request for a home you own or are authorized to discuss.
- If you refer someone, only share their contact information if they know you are sharing it and are OK with our scheduling team reaching out. Referred people are not signed up for text messages; they will be asked for their own consent first.
- Website content is general information about our service and is not a quote, estimate or contract. Any project agreement is made separately with the installing contractor.
